New HOA Board is Seated
The new HOA Board is excited to move forward with a new vision and more proactive approach for 2010.
By popular request, the HOA Board will be actively enforcing the HOA Covenants in an effort to improve the appearance and livability of Bentley Oaks.
We believe that working together, we can create a nicer neighborhood that is attractive, comfortable and a good place to live.
The HOA Board will be actively encouraging homeowners to adhere to the fundamental responsibilities of neighborhood living, as spelled out in the HOA Covenants we all signed.
Of particular focus are the "bread and butter" issues that concern most homeowners. This list is general in nature and in no particular order.
- Bi-monthly meetings open to all homeowners.
- Driveway and lamp post lights in working order.
- Trash Toters out Wednesday night in by Thursday Night
- Trash Toters stored out of view from the street.
- Yards mowed and weeds controlled.
- Trash and rubbish removed from yards.
- Damage to homes and structures repaired in a timely manner.
- Common areas (i.e. entrances) maintained in a seasonal and attractive manner.
- A no excuses "everybody pays their dues" policy where non-payment after March 15th triggers a lien to automatically be filed. Everybody will pay their fair share.
- A working complaint registration and follow up system.
