Dear Homeowners,
As your friendly Bentley Oaks HOA Webmaster and Communicator, I am happy to send along to each of you an electronic version of the 2010 HOA Dues Letter. Please find the document attached to this email in PDF format. The file is easily opened by using Adobe Acrobat.
Full details regarding the dues are in the attached letter from the HOA Board. A hard copy of the letter will be mailed to each household by the HOA Board.
Included in the letter is notation that the HOA Board would like your email address so that we can keep your list up to date.
As Webmaster, I am very happy to send HOA notifications to more than one email address per household. If you would like to get occasional alerts and communications from the HOA Board please send you email address (or addresses) to me by hitting REPLY to this email. All I need is your email address for the distribution list in the reply email.
Please put all your info as directed on the letter for the HOA Boards records when you return that with your check.
Also, please forward this email as needed to other Bentley Oaks residents if you hear of anyone that did not see this communication. I really want to get a good and up to date list of email addresses so we can enhance communication.
